To hold the property after all applications are submitted, you must place the security deposit with us at our Lakeland office in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. Upon receipt of the security deposit we are able to hold the home for a maximum of 15 days. If we are unable to rent to you, the deposit will be returned to you the following business day. Paid applications $65 non-refundable per adult 18+, security deposit, first full month’s rent, and $285 one time administration fee. If moving from out of state, please call about special requirements. Renters insurance is required for all rentals.
