Chad has lived in Lakeland since 1976 when his family moved here from Michigan. His background includes flipping and remodeling homes and is a new construction specialist with Tapia Construction.
Chad is a die hard Buccaneer fan and also watches the Rays and the Lightning. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife Melissa and daughters Elizabeth, Kaitlyn and Emily.
